Absorbtion

Absorbing nutrients is hard for you, whether it be food, water, minerals, vitamins, love, attention or happiness. Flowers absorb moisture when it rains. They just take it in and absorb the nutrients. You, on the other hand, resist it and push it away. This has occurred most of your life so it has become a physical re-action. The result is starvation; starvation of life force, of information, of connection, or simple nutrients and joy.

Anxiety rises up instead and competes for that space in your cells. Instead of food passing through the cellular wall and providing what the cells need to be healthy and strong, anxiety pops up and blocks the process. When this happens, you are now living off of a negative power source that ultimately causes depletion leading to compounded emotional issues. You’re not allowing yourself to be fed. It is a physiological problem, one that most of you have. It’s a science and a technology of the human condition at this time. This is why it’s so hard for you to hear angels and guides talking, because you’ve lost your ability to listen, to receive and to absorb whatever is coming into you. It doesn’t all come in through the mind, the body receives messages and can hear and can choose whether or not to listen too. The body hears all that is going on around it, all that is moving within and through it. Your body can hear your mind as well. So speak softly to it. Be a gentle and loving mind. Take care of this absorption problem instead of blowing anxiety into your blood stream. Think gentle and loving thoughts as a way to absorb kindness. Slow yourself down and detox your inner dialogue before ever detoxing the body. One comes before the other. Detox your mind and the listening, on all levels, will follow.

Peace.

Living Prayer

Today the angels taught me about prayer. They said that I hold back too much on my prayers for fear of them coming true. Why would I fear this? Because true prayers bring about transformation. They cause our lives to change, and the scenery around us can look differently than what we're used to. A prayer spoken powerfully and clearly will manifest, sometimes right away or sometimes it may seem to take awhile. The angels said to let go and to pray well. So do not fear the changes that come, because the changes will be evolution. Do not fear growing up, for nothing is lost, only matured. They said that holding back creates blockages in the flow of our spiritual river. Let it flow. Let it grow and pray for life to create. That is why we're here-to create, to elevate, to transform, to evolve, to experience, to move, to dance, to sing, to express and to Be prayer itself.

Until next time, travel well, dear friends,
Stacey
